It's no longer enough to just have a website: it needs to nurtured (e.g. software updates, tweaking of key words and phrases), updated (e.g. prices, events), expanded (e.g. new pages and sections) and promoted (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, link-building, blog writing and submitting). These are treated as blocks of hours on a monthly basis as follows:-

The particular work involved varies between clients and can vary month-to-month. Not all work will be obvious e.g. software updates and tweaks to key words and phrases.
The monthly report outlines visitors to the website and identifies recommended changes for the following month. Signing up for a 2 hour monthly block (or more) means minor tweaks can be implemented at that time.
Twitter accounts and Facebook pages should ideally be checked daily with updates at least once per week. Likely to be 1+ hours per week.
News articles should ideally be at least monthly. This can be based on events at your organisation or general state of the industry. Likely to be 1+ hours per month.
Blog articles should ideally be added at least weekly. Likely to be 1+ hours per week.
The number of hours can be increased and decreased each month. In order to build and maintain a loyal following on social media platforms, regularity is an important factor. We can set these up for you and hand over the reigns. We can also fill in temporarily if required and provide suggestions on articles and news items as part of the monthly report.
